Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, allowing you 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the exchanges and/or returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@testimo.store. Note that returns must be sent to the following address: "Calle Repartidor 3, Bajo 1, 08023 Barcelona, Spain." Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Feel free to contact us with any return-related questions at info@testimo.store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
